The hotel was clean with the rooms reasonably well appointed.
In room ammenities were basic.
Controlling room temperature required skills I don’t possess.

we had a very good time we spent one week the highlight was a night light show that was fantastic i was told about this by one of the members of my community house that i belong to and i am glad that we did not miss it. We couldn't believe our eyes when a screen came down into the water and a face of an aboriginal man spoke to us what a joy. And of course the great ocean road with all its sites.

I stayed in Warrnambool for five days for radiation at Warrambool Cancer Centre, accommodated mostly at Rotary House, The Cancer Centre and Rotary House are beautiful facilities for country people in need of specialist medical services that require overnight stays. The Peter's Project Lounge at the cancer centre is a great place to rest, read, watch tv and talk to volunteers. However, five days was long enough as I was eager to get home and back to work. It would have been easier if I'd had access to a car during this time. I would have gone on afternoon trips to Portland, Port Fairy, Timboon Ice Cream, Koroit Bakery etc. I enjoyed Turmeric Latte and Gypsy Salad at Day Kitty (an organic cafe) and went to the beach once. I enjoyed working at Warrnambool Library, on the second floor with access to computers and a view of the ocean.

Love the ocean location and all the walking possibilities.
Love the ocean location and all the walking possibilities. There are also good places to eat in and around the town. The town is big enough to have all the necessary shops and facilities but small enough to get around easily. Lots of beautiful tree-lined streets for shade make walking a pleasure.

Warrnambool is a beautiful place to visit.
Warrnambool is a beautiful place to visit. The Deep Blue Springs is a great place to visit. Reasonable, relaxing place and enjoy all the pools. A twenty-minute drive to Pt Fairy and have a look around the marina and there was a great coffee shop for coffee. Nice shops in the main street of Warrnambool. All the dining places we went to eat were very good and we had not trouble with the food.
Some were:

Warrnambool is very bike friendly and one end of the port Fairy to Warrnambool Rail Trail. It has lots of great restaurants and breakfast at The Pavilion was delicious. Our accommodation at Ellenora was first class—spotlessly clean, comfortable and well situated. Took our bikes on the train from Melbourne and enjoyed a car-free holiday.

We stayed in the 2bedroom cabin and it was newly furnished. The cabin was properly heated and had electric blankets to keep the bed warm. It also came with a nespresso machine which felt like a luxury for the price that we paid!
Overall the size was great for the 5 of us (2A+3K) and we especially enjoyed the experience due to the new reno.
I understand that not all cabins are newly furnished so you should check out the cabins before booking.
As a family of 6, we need 2 rooms, which we requested be close together. We were delighted to find we had been placed next door to one another. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, with great bathrooms and comfy beds. The rooms were basic but had all we needed. It was also located in a nice part of Warrnambool, right across the road from Flagstaff Hill.
Front reception team were extremely nice, weather I should say it or not, but the manager gave us a free upgrade in accommodation because someone cancelled. family cabin was really big, nice & clean bathroom and directly across from the pool and games room. Great Big 4 and ran by friendly people.
House was exceptionally clean and perfect size for a family. Lots of extra blankets and doonas available which was greatly appreciated. Table tennis in the garage was a big hit and kept the family entertained! Location was easy to get to and only a two or three minute drive to the town centre.
A very comfortable house with all amenities provided. A very comfortable few days. Everything we needed was suppled. The beds were comfortable and the linen was very clean. Having a private driveway for the car was a bonus and a lovely outdoor seating area.
Helen was extremely helpful and generous with her advice and willingness to make our stay pleasant. the rooms are very nice, well maintained. the hotel is close to the Main Street cafes and stores and a 15 min walk to the beach. This hotel is a great value.
We loved this beautiful old hotel! Our room actually had 3 little rooms with an old fireplace (no fire, but it was beautiful) open to 2 of the rooms. The restaurant and bar were very cozy and the food was delicious!
Great location on the major Highway and Street in Warrnambool.
Walking access to the Warrnambool CBD.
Nice, comfortable and relaxing hotel room that was very clean upon arrival with modern facilities.
The greeting was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff with good suggestions for what to see and do in town and ideas for places to eat. Our hotel room was quiet and comfortable.
it’s the first time I have stayed at a hotel and it was exactly like they say it was Will be going back to Warrnambool and will be staying there again will not stay anywhere else
Location was good; ideal place for 2 separate families with the upstairs / downstairs separation. Quaint heritage house. Had dishwasher, washing machine in working order.
Room was noisy, & dated, would not call it value for money.
Family stayed in motel across the road equally as good of a location, room was tidier and cheaper
